Yoga with Bhavani Yoga with Bhavani Join Bhavani for a great hatha yoga "flow" class. Bhavani has studied and taught yoga around the world and has been teaching yoga on the Westside for over 20 years with a very loyal following.

  • INSTRUCTOR: Bhavani
  • TIME: Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30 - 7:30 am and 12:30 - 1:30 pm

Great hatha yoga class for those new to yoga or those intermediate "yoginis." Best yoga class value in the L.A. area!  Choose from early am yoga or lunchtime yoga 3 days a week.  Strengthen, lengthen, breathe and relax with Bhavani yoga!


Adult and Teen classes are recreational and teach new skills.
